Apply the Cuff:
Place the cuff on your upper arm, about 2β3 cm above the elbow. Make sure the air tube is aligned with your inner arm.
Get in Position:
Sit upright with your feet flat and your arm resting on a table at heart level.
Start the Measurement:
Press the power button. The device will inflate the cuff, take the reading, and display your systolic, diastolic, and pulse values.
Review Your Reading:
Use the memory (M) button to access your previous readings. The color indicator on the display helps you assess if your results fall within the normal or high range.
Turn Off:
The device will shut off automatically or you can press the power button again.
