Return and Exchange Policy
1) All products purchased from Wellexy can be exchanged within 07 days of delivery if:
-Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
-The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
-The received product(s) differed from the original order.
2) In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original
3) In order to create a dispute, please email pictures of the defective item to email@example.com or call at 0320 0272546 within 7 days following delivery. We will look into each individual matter and try to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability.
4) Once we receive the item, we will assess the damage/defect and issue a discount code for the same value to the customer. The customer can then place another order using the discount code.
5) In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
6) Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
